Dr. Gordon Bennett
Dr. Bennett is an orthopedic foot and ankle surgeon at the Crystal Clinic Orthopedic Center, a private multi-group specialty practice in Akron, Ohio.
Dr. Bennett completed his undergraduate and medical degree at the University of Saskatchewan by 1982; completed a residency in orthopedic surgery at Akron General Medical Center in 1988; and then completed a fellowship in Foot and Ankle Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in 1989, eventually returning to Akron by 1999 to join the Crystal Clinic where he is now an executive vice president on the board of managers.
While predominantly a private practice physician, Dr. Bennett is also a clinical professor of orthopedic surgery at Northeast Ohio Medical University where he lectures medical students and residents on all facets of orthopedic foot and ankle management.

Dr. Josh Augustine
Dr. Augustine is a nephrologist at the Cleveland Clinic, as well as an Assistant Professor at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine.
Dr. Augustine completed his undergraduate and medical degree at the University of Michigan by 1997; completed an Internal Medicine residency at Northwestern University Hospital in 2000; completed a fellowship in Nephrology and Hypertension in 2003; and then completed a second fellowship in Kidney Transplantation in 2004.
Dr. Augustine is the instructor of the renal portion of the first-year curriculum at the School of Medicine, and was the Kidney Foundation of Ohio’s Person of the Year in 2015.

Dr. James Voos
Dr. Voos is an Associate Professor in Orthopedic Surgery at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, Director of the Sports Medicine Institute at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center, and is the Head Team Physician of the Cleveland Browns of the National Football League.
Dr. Voos completed his medical degree at the University of Kansas in 2004; completed an Orthopedic Surgery Residency follow by a Sports Medicine Fellowship in 2010 at the US News & World Report #1 ranked “Hospital for Special Surgery in New York” where he was an assistant Team Physician for the New York Giants and WNBA New York Liberty. Before coming to Cleveland in 2014, Dr. Voos was the Team Physician for the Kansas City Chiefs and Head Physician for the Kansas City Ballet.
He has published over 50 scientific articles and book chapters on topics such as ACL reconstruction, shoulder instability and hip arthroscopy. Dr. Voos has a passion for advancing the safety and education of athletes with expertise in the use of wearable technology, development of injury prevention programs and sports performance.
Dr. Voos’ wife is a neonatologist at Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital. They have 3 young children, Kalli, K.C. and Klara.

Dr. Kevin Malone
Dr. Malone is the Chief of Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center, as well as an Associate Professor of Orthopedic Surgery at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine.
Dr. Malone completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Notre Dame in 1995; completed his medical degree at the University of Cincinnati in 2001; completed residency in orthopedic surgery at William Beaumont Hospital in 2006; and then completed a Hand and Microvascular Surgery Fellowship at the University of Washington Harborview Medical Center in 2007, after which he returned to Cleveland to start his practice.
Dr. Malone is also on the consulting medical staff for the Cleveland Browns of the National Football League, and is an investigator on a DARPA funded project to develop an advanced sensory neuroprosthesis for upper extremity amputees.
